My First Digital Paint... Done!

Yes! Finally im Finish my first digital painting on Vanessa Anne Hudgens, the girl who play in 'High School Musical'.

i need to do lots of touching up at some areas.

Some even comment that it doesnt look like Vanessa. or the eye areas are too dark. Hair is scary too.. : (

Well its my first digital painting... so i guess practice makes perfect.

Its feeling cold. The smell that fresh air. The breeze that's coming from the sea. Yes. It's the sunday morning, and my jazzy friends and i were at east coast park, spending a night after a bbq, last night.

It was beautiful moment.. when we witnessed the morning sunrise. I took pictures. And as usual.. my jazzy friend love to pose when im snapping it.

We had BBQ last night. Sprits was HIGH! Everything was smooth. Thanks to Miza and Liza who help me alot in this BBQ. Thank you!.. Some of us stayed over night. We had a great time. We cycle, we sing along, we tok cok, we even play cards game like 'heart attack' and 'Murderer'. And we laughed all thur the night. And never before laugh that hard till the next morning.

I had FUN!..

We have like a few more hours to a brand new year... But questions are ..

What have i achieved?

Having 2 concerts in a year. Infusion in March & Jazzanova in December
Maintain a GPA grades above 3.5
Building up the ITE Jazz band from nothing to a WoW! band.. that earn us a lot of respects.

What lesson should i learn from this year?

Save more money. Stop spending on Food. Pay Bills and don't let it OVERDUE!

What i want to achieve in 2007?

Loss weight ( by April 07)
Get into TP in Visual Comms.
Save money for future use. At least 1K in my bank account at the end of 2007.
Find that special someone.

Overall i think 2006 is toooo FAST! And i don't really feel it. I still can remember the last days of 2005, where i was at AMK bus stop waiting for 159, to get back home.

This year.. im going to count down with any friends.. but i just wanna stay at home with the TV and people online.

Finally..... after the earthquake at taiwan. We are becoming a victim to the internet world. I can't even access to my blog account. My internet connect become soo slow... and it takes awhile to load to surf websites.

Its the last day of the year... and its HARI RAYA HAJI! Time travels sooo fast and i dont even realise that. What have i done so far? Did i achieve what i want this year? I shall think about it tonight and blog it out.

Well after 5 months taking care of them.. now i must good bye. I really sad to see them leave. But at least i know there is someone to take care of them. I gonna miss Spoty and Mocca, cause they are my favourite after Ashely was taken away by my aunt during Hari Raya.

Argghh! Memory Card is giving me problems!!!

Today is my cousin's engaging ceremony.. and im the her official photographer. And i screwed up because of my stupid memory card. The card give me an error and then prompt me to format my card. What the FUCK!

I have taken like 300 pictures.. and this happened! all my effort.. is just gone because of an error!! What's goes wrong?! I felt that i dissapoint her! haiz.

JAZZANOVA was a success! I enjoyed sooo much! And the credits goes to my very own Band... ITE JAZZ BAND. To all the crews who help out in one way or another. Thank You sooo much!

The concert wont be a success without audients too. So i wanna thank all the people who attended the concert. Esp to all my friends who willing to take a time off for me. And for those who cant attend.. well i wish u could be there witnessing the concert.

Well i was at NEW IKEA, Tampines, just now. Its sooooo coool... I soo inspired by the designs till want to to revamp my room again! But the problem now ... i have no $$$. I saw this sofa and it cost lesser than my phone bills... haiz.

But other than that... i think its very convenient to shop at IKEA now since it's near to my home area. IKEA all the way...

It's about time Internet Explore comes up with a new version 7. And its totally cool! I really love it. Its very simplify. With the tabs, zoom in and out funtioning screen, plus better graphics on fonts .. it makes my internet exploring easier and faster.

A brand new look for Internet Explorer 7. Very simplify and the texts are better and easier to read.

Now you can zoom in and out of the screen, so you could print screen it easily by zooming out and view your detail images by zooming in.

A brand NEW identity...

I've created a new identity for myself, as many people commented that my last logo looks like a pointing out finger. And its may seem to be off scene to some of them.

So this my new logo. It's called ... Scribble. Well it nartually come up when i was scribbling on my freehand.. trying out new logos.

ITE Jazz made a Great Performance.

Was too busy to blog out nowadays.. well i share with u the success of ur performance for the Red Cross Regional Confrence Dinner @ Grand Copthone Water Hotel, last sunday. Im really proud of my band. They really work as a team and knows when to be serious and when to have fun... We did put up a great performance. Better than all the performance we did in the past. We sound great for the first half. but well.. sort of.. slacking down on the second half, maybe we were all tired.

Above all, we had fun! We made new friends.. mainly from the red-cross volenteer groups. And we even promote our upcoming concert. And lastly we had a YUMMY FOOD! The cakes was Yum Yum!! I want more!!!

I really wanna thank Sabrina's friend who's willing to take photograph for all of us.. And i gotta tell ya... she takes GREAT PICTURES!! Thank you so much.

I can't wait for our upcoming concert. It's just 1 month away. and im counting down...

Vivo City..

Visited Vivo City yesterday evening. It's Huge man! and not all shops are open yet. And i love the 3rd floor. Where there is an open space where you could see the view of sentosa and there is even a baby pool to play with. I would love to visit that place again during the weekdays where its not really crowded... so i can see MORE things!

Im waiting for someone now ... while im bloggin in..

I manage to make a full used of my sunday. In the morning i woke up early for the rehearsal at Grand Carlton Hotel. And its very hot. Good thing my member are very co operative. Anyway they did a good job today.

When to bugis after that to settle some uniform issues... and its done within mins. Go for lunch. And i totally addicted to this eatting place called QiJi. Its a chinese eating place with halal sign. And the popiah is soooo nice loh. Try out the laksa... not bad at all.. Its been a long time i never eat laksa lah.

Took a nap in the bus. Bus travels very fast lah.

Reach home... i took an hour rest. And start off doing the tickets and the booklet for my upcoming concert. After that.. i write down what to be done on next sunday's performance.

Right after that... i did my client's logo. And i complete with 2 hours.

Right after that i post all the concert band pictures on to my photobucket..

Haha... really make myself useful today..

I have finish blogging and i still havent receive my phone call...

NYP Concert ...

I attended this NYP Sympohic Orchestra this evening. Its been a long time i never visit Nanyang Polytechnic. The last time i was there .. when it was SYF... forgot what year liao. But its long time ago lah. The place looks the same after many years... hahaha.

Ok about the concert... i come to a point that i really not into this concert band and symphonic thingy anymore. Unlike the past when i was in secondary school. I would be sooo excited to watch a band concert. But now... it tooo boring to me. Well is not that the concert was bad or something .. it was great... but i just not into that kinda of music anymore. U know what i mean?

Well frankly ... im addicted to Jazz music.. i guess.. seriously .. sometimes i wondered if its bad or good. I mean .. if someone listens to to heavy metal or hard core rock music.. y isn't anybody say that, ur not a music versertal kinda of person?

And when someone listen to jazz and addicted to it .. people will say ... WHAT! U LISTEN TO JAZZ?! or... STOP WITH UR JAZZ ALREADY LAH! i mean... hey who are u to stop me from hearing tat? Frankly only 20% of youth listens to jazz. Oh ok ... whatever. To me .. jazz has the most coolest sound in the world. Its makes me happy when i hear one. And frankly .. it swings...

I was watching "KILO 1 2 3" on suria yesterday... Its a show about challenging suria celebrity, Suhaimi Yussof to lose weight. And yesterday was the 2nd last episode where suhaimi actually tested his results. He achieved to lost 17KG thur out the whole show.. And i think it's amazing loh!! And u know what!... he motivates me... i wanna be like him too, i want lost 17KG in 3 months... It time onwards it will be challenge for me...

School was a ghost town....

Today i when to school and there is soooooo few plp in school as if the school is dying soon. Its look like a ghost town to me... When i arrive to class there was like 10 people in class loh. Hahaha... most of my malays friends are not there today. But i understand why .... it's Hari Raya Eve!!! And coming on monday... and its a 1/2 day for the malays, is not worth it coming to school.

But why am i in school? Well .. i wanted to finish my 3D ... first assignment... and YES i have completed it in 2 hours. wooo hooo! looks like my 3D is on track. hopefully i could finish my 3D before school holiday starts in December.

I have design myself a logo for my portfolio... what do you think? I need comments.

Its the last day of ramandan... after a month i have not lost weight... in fact i have gain more weight! And worst... Hari Raya is tomorrow.. i guess i going to gain more rather than lost. Got to do something!!!

One more day and fasting month is over .... It's sooo super duper fast!! I not really sure if i wanna take half day tomorrow... i want to finish my 3D before i go for a holiday.

I was watching matirx revolution just now. I understand better by watching it on TV rather than i watch in the movie, 2 years ago. Now i find out that the movie makes sense. Maybe im a bit slow. hehehe!

A trip to JB with Liza...

I wasn't expected to go JB today...

This morning i sms-ed Liza from Jazz Band what time is she free... so we could find the uniform for the upcoming concert. And she replied "3pm... wanna go JB later?"

I was like stun for awhile.. for a moment i have nooooo mood to go to JB, because in my mind it will be crowded and traffic jam everywhere as today is a public holiday and hari raya is coming soon.

But i gave it a shot.

Met her at 3pm and look for the uniform @ bugis street. We found a perfect fit for the girls' uniform. But still got a problem with the guys uniform due to the xxl size.

Off we go to JB. Suprisingly there is no traffic jam. everything was sooooooo smooth. Accompany her to get her stuff and had a beef foldover from Mc donalds. The taste of the foldover is soooooo NICE loh!!!! Seriously! I wanna it again!

We continue searching for the the guys uniform... but failed to find it lah. But i did enjoy the short trip. Above all that .. i really get to know liza better too. And i believed she had contribute her part to the band...

All those makes me tired esp. my legs.... good night!

I'm Tired

I cant sleep yesterday night. I don't know why... i was soo sleepy and tired in class this morning. Good thing, today's lesson was kinda relaxing...

Had a meeting with Mr Ethen, this afternoon, regarding about S.T Competition. His disappointed with my peformance... i guess i need to really think HARD about how i could modify that LOGO till it's there!!!

I was on the mission to rake the place, where jazz band is performing on the 19th Nov. The location changed... instead of playing at istana, we are playing at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Frankly it's a beautiful place. How i wish i could stay there for a day...

The place we are performing is small... seriously small. I don know how we going to squeeze in. And im hoping it will rain on tat day so we could play in indoor. There soo much advantage if we play in doors.. it is sooo comforty, air-condition, cosy and sound proof... plus we could cut down the number of microphones too...

Im feeling nervous now... as the date draws near. With the guestes from all over the world plus a place like that... it sooo tents......

I even heard that the princess of thailand is coming down... woooo.. i hope she's pretty... hehehe! :P

Again i'm tired! i going to sleep early tonight. Good night!

Back to school...

Back to school loh!!!... Got our time table today, and it's SUCKS for the first 2 days of every week! We got Communication Skills in the early morning at 8am. The worst part is ... we be tought by the teacher i really hate.. All he does is to tell grandfather stories.

It seem to that the subjects im taking this term is quite enjoyable and relaxing accept for 3D Advance... Which im going to focus on this term. NO ABSENT AT EVERY 3D LESSONS!

Besides 3D we learning Project and Porfolio (PNP) which should be a problem. hmm.. Digital Video Productions (DVP) which i believe it would be very very fun and last but not least... Voice Productions (VPP) which i think could be very fun too.

There you go... i guess it's worth to come to school everyday... except for monday and tuesday morning. hehe..

I have completed estimated 70 calender pictures from 9pm - 12midnight. WoW it's soo tiring man! Haiz.. i guess will continue it tomorrow morning before i go for my band practice. Seriously i'm looking forward to my band practice tomorrow. I cant wait to hear the vocalist sing. They will be singing 4 tunes. They are fly me to the moon, The way you look tonight, fever and somewhere over the rainbow.

I just complete the first 100 for the calendar photos within 2 hours.. hahaha.. superb right?! haha! I targeting another 100 by 12 midnight... can i make it? Let see...

Above that... i need to earsed the background of 10 photos. Got to complete it by sunday. So i could peace myself on monday when i get back to school.

But i believe that peace of mind wont last for few days.. because i still got the library thing going on.. i still havent start on the final movie yet. haiz...

Work Work Work....

Today is a working day for me... i work since 7.30am in the morning. Trying to finish my last minute S.T competition project. And head down to school at 11am... so show what i've got. Today's section was fun lah cause we got to explore how we could modifed the logo to make it look better.

After that headed home and start doing my freelance work from 2pm till 6pm and continued at 8.30pm till 11pm.. and managed to finish only 7 photos today. It's really tiring ... erasing the background of every picture. It's not easy you know. But Good thing ... i got my wacom tablet to lighten me work speed... imagine using mouse to do it.. i guess i will only complete 4 or 5 of it.

I still got 20 more photos to complete plus 200 celander photos! Haiz.... i so tired! And i got till Friday. I wanna complete it as soon as possible so that it wont affect my school days when it resume next week.

It's the 3rd week of fasting. Seriouly i don even feel the hunger for this fasting month. Time really flys sooo fast. "Hari Raya" Songs start playing liao... but i not in the festival mood yet. Maybe it's the stress that letting me feel sooo down and bored! haiz haiz haiz :(

How Silly I am....

I was doing an illustration art using freehand this afternoon... and when i completed it, i saved it to jpeg. And forgot to save it as Freehand file. Argh! i lost everything! my 2 hours effort gone just like that! Without it i cant amend anything now. Got start all over again. How silly can that be! haiz.....

Anyway this is what i've done just now. What do you think?

This peice of art is done for Yuana. A friend back in secondary school. Used her picture for practiced. And when i showed it to her ... she really loved it. hehe!

Now, a friend from jazz band, wants me to do something like that for him. He said if he likes it.. he will show it to his friend and maybe i could make money out of it... hmm... great idea hor... haha!

Wooo Hooooo!! I got Straight 'A's!!! But i got 3.826 points for GPA ... i wonder where is my 0.174 points goes to? Oh well ... it doesn't matter. The point is i got above 3.5! I deserve myself a BIG treat!

Have you ever planned everything before ur day starts and everything doesnt goes well?

Well i had that day, yesterday.

I started my day early at darulsalam mosque @ Clementi... everything was perfect. I got there in time. By 12 noon... my client and i supposed to leave that place and off to my home to load all the pictures. But It was delayed till 3pm. Haiz... And after tat my client ask me to follow him to the print shop for awhile and he will drive me home and load the pictures. By the time it's 4.30pm. And i got Band practice at 5.30pm. So i waited for him outsite the photo lab. And he took 30mins to settle his stuff. It's 6pm and i just reached my house. Load the pictures to my computer... He promised me to drive me to school. He did lah ... but before he drive me there... he said he needs to pick up someone at pasir ris. How could I say "NO". He's driving me anyway. So i got to say "OK".

By the time i reach school it's 6.30pm. Near 6.45pm ... everyone was preparing to go for dinner. And i wasn't even warm up. But i followed them out for break-fast and everything was very smooth. It's 7.30pm and i tot we could reach school by 7.45pm. But the boys wants to go 7-11 to get some drinks.. again how could i say "NO".

I reach there at 7.55pm. I got a nag by the teacher incharge, but wasnt so hush. Hey Im suppose to be a LEADER! HOW COULD I BE LATE!

ARGH! if i learn how to say NO maybe things will turn up well ... but i made that decisions. Cant blame anyone ... but me, myself and I.

But good thing.. everything was great after band. We chill out at tampines, used not know as kampong chai chee resturant. And had a great chat.

Monday Blues....

I feeling blues today... haiz.. it's monday and i'm in school, while others are having their holidays. Why im in school? Gee... i dont know... All i know, i am here because of this S.T thingy competition briefing. I wonder what's its going to be.

Well we have come to the second week of fasting month. And yes i made it thur. And u know what... i didnt know... it's OCTOBER LIAO! Till yesterday nite when i was watching the news. And I believe the primary school students are staying at home, watching KIDS CENTRAL! hahaha! I really miss my childhood dayz back in 199Os.. where i am sooooo worried free. That soccer moments.. Catching moments... hide and seek moments. I remember i always need to stand in front of the school because i tok too much or misbehaving. And it made me famous in school. Hahaha! All these are memories.

Well back to reality. There so many jobs i need to be done. Esp that library project and i got a client in the other hand plus 10 art work to complete for the graduation thingy. And if i take up this competition thing i will be stress out liao. I don even feel my holidays.

But my wednesdays will help me stress down... cause i seeing my friends again. Looking forward to that actually.

It's such a Foggy Day

Wow.. look outside the window now... i cant see what's infront of me... the haze is soo thick! It's been a long time i never exprience it since i was in secondary 1 or 2. Well its really relaxing Sunday today.. its not a hot, just a perfect day for a fasting month.

Listening to micheal buble's "It's Time" album .... and i falled in love with most of this songs. Frankly its nice to hear jazz with a very goood sub-woofer.. Hehe!

Today was another great saturday for me! NO!! ITS FAR BETTER THAN OTHER GREAT SATURDAYS! As every normal saturdays... i attended my band practice. And by suprised it was FULL attendence! And the BAND really SOUNDED GREAT! I guess Sectionals do helped alot. I really proud of what my band becoming into. It's improving every week.

I'm confident that we will make a good impression to our guests next week. So wish me luck!

In the evening we attended to an unforgettable concert. Yes! it was the THOMSON BIG BAND... With Christy Smith conducting the band, it makes so much fun to the whole show. And not mentioning Mario Serio ... a great pianoist who perform like a voodooo...

The band plays famous tunes like Fly me to the moon, Against All Odds, Hooodooo Voodooo and its totally entertaining. And their MC/vocalist.. argh.. he such a funny man and he had a great voice too.

And the Band ends with a MAMBO DANCE, which i think it's pretty cute! Haha!

I can't describe how fantastic this concert is, BUT i had a BLAST! I am really glad that my jazz band members attended this evening's concert. It does give a new level and motivation to these people. I from what i heard, they do enjoy the concert as much as i did.

Congrats to Hady Mirza. The winner for this year's Singapore Idol. I guess he deserve it. He really own that song. "You give me wings"

Seriously i think both, john and hady are winners. It's a close competition.

At least my votes was not wasted. Hehe.. i voted 2Xs ... guess how much will tat cost me. :P

Anyway ... don't you think Nurul is sooooo pretty tonight... so is my sweety jasmine... hehe!

I say "No" to blogspot beta! there are so many errors! I can't take it anymore. I just delete my account and create a new one. Now i got to start all over again. Just give me time to revamp it. :)
